I acknowledge that I am voluntarily offering my services as a volunteer for Watershed Association of the Tuckasegee River. I understand that my participation in volunteer activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical injury from manual labor, equipment use, or outdoor conditions.
- Exposure to environmental hazards such as weather, uneven terrain, or wildlife
- Damage or loss of personal property
I acknowledge that WATR is unable to provide mileage compensation for personal vehicle use for these activities.
By filling in my name below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release Agreement. I acknowledge that this agreement will be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
